Check your order confirmation
When you place an order on IndigomoonEnemark.com you will automatically receive an email stating which items you have ordered.
Remember to check that the contact and address information in your order are correct so that your order is not delayed. If you live in an apartment, it is important that we get the right floor and section. If you find an error, contact us immediately. Remember to include your order number in your message.
For orders of physical items, you will receive an order confirmation when your order has been shipped. Unless item is backordered, the order usually ships within 1-3 business days.

2. Prices and Payment
If you are shopping from within EU, all prices are displayed including 25% VAT. Product prices do not include shipping charges.
Outside of EU – VAT exempt purchases
If you are shopping outside of EU, prices are displayed and charged without VAT. Product prices do not include shipping charges.
Purchases outside of the EU may be subject to import charges and taxes. IndigomoonEnemark.com accepts no responsibility for these charges. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure as to whether this may apply to your country
You can pay your order with Visa Card, Mastercard, American Express. The purchase price will be withdrawn from your account upon making the order.
You can also pay your order with bank transfer to our Danish bank. If your bank is outside of Denmark, we recommend using Transferwise to save on transfer fees: https://transferwise.com/u/indigo-moone
Once you have completed payment, you are bound by the contract of purchase. At this point, IndigomoonEnemark.com still reserves the right to cancel the order if there is an error in pricing or the product is out of stock. In the event, we are unable to deliver your order, we will contact you right away to cancel your order..
We generally deliver to most countries. If shipping options are unavailable for your country, or you think there may be an error with the shipping calculations, please contact us prior to ordering.
Your goods are delivered either to a post office box or to your address. The delivery price and method of delivery are calculated in the shopping cart when you enter your country.
Option to arrange for pickup of some products.
Pickup in Copenhagen may be available for some products as a free alternative to shipping. It is advisable to contact us before making your order so as to ensure that a suitable pickup date and time can be agreed upon.
5. Cancellation, complaint and warranty
Cancellation of order
You can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Normally orders are sent 1-3 business days after you place the order. Contact us and we will help you.
Once your order has been shipped you can not cancel your order. The order will be delivered to you, and you will have to handle it as normal return. Please see details below.
Damages or defects
We want all our customers to receive high quality products. We recommend that you review your order upon receipt. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact us by email at email@example.com.
Please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as some pictures if there is something wrong with one of the products, including pictures of packaging if relevant.
6. Cancellation and return on online purchase
Under Danish law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop online. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your goods. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the cancellation deadline expires 14 days after the day you receive the last part of your order.
If you regret your purchase and want to return your goods by mail or shipping company write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and notify that you want to return your items.
It is important that you contact us so that we can register your return. You must return your order to us without undue delay, within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
You pay for the cost of return shipping and will not be compensated for this by us.
Refund of the purchase amount
If we accept your return order as valid and the product can be resold as new, we will arrange to give you a full refund of the purchase price of the items.
If the entire order is canceled, the purchase amount will be refunded for the items you return as well as an amount equivalent to the cheapest shipping option. If only part of an order is canceled, the shipping compensation will be limited to the difference between the cheapest shipping option available for the order at time of order minus cheapest shipping option for remaining items kept.
The cost of shipping return items back to us is not compensated and is your responsibility.
The refund will be paid back to the credit card (or method of payment) used to pay for the order within 14 days of receiving the notification of your wish to return the order. However we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the items and ensured their resale condition.
The condition of the item when you send it back
After you have received the items you ordered, you may carefully examine and try the items within the period of 14 days, but only in a manner as you would if you examined the products in a store or any other offline shop. Any items that are opened or used cannot be returned or refunded.
If the items or packing have been used in excess of what is normal in order to examine them, you will be held liable for the decrease in value of the items the use has caused. When we have received the items, we will notify you if there is any loss of value of the product and if your refund will be lower than the price paid.
The shipping costs for returning an order are not covered by us, and must be paid by you, and must also be arranged by yourself.
The items you want to return are your responsibility until they reach us. Items lost in transit will not be compensated for by us. Damage incurred while returning / shipping the product to us is your responsibility. Please make sure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products,, as this will affect the value of the product, and thus our possibility to resell the item. Make sure the product’s original packaging is intact.

In case we cannot reach a settlement through the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, you will have access to submit a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.
