When I first began working with my menstrual cycle a decade ago, I set aside 3 of the first days of every moontime to entirely focus on being present with the inward experience and “womb-gaze”. For me it was like an all-natural Ayahuasca ceremony and I got so much out of those inward journeys.  But most of us don’t have 3 days every month (neither do I anymore for that matter). It just isn’t easy for most of us to hit the sacred pause button and lie down in the middle of a busy life and never ending to do lists.

The Moontime Practice is designed to make it easy for you to learn and maintain new habits that honor your cyclic body while keeping up with a busy schedule. I now find working with The Moontime Practice for an hour every month is virtually as effective as spending 3 whole days out every month on my womb-gazing journeys. You simply press play as you lie down for 10 or 20 minutes a day for the first 3 days of your period and are guided straight to the well of women’s wisdom that lives inside of you.
